PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Upon participating in, listening to, or viewing any of, and not limited to, DolphinsAwaken Retreats both live or online, our sites, videos, newsletters or in any of our other content, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, in all languages, and/or relayed by the DolphinsAwaken staff you agree:
(i) that you do so of your own free will and you have read and agreed to our:
(ii) your participating in, listening to or viewing of is of your own free will and that you alone are responsible for your decisions, actions and results in life and business, and you agree not to attempt to hold DolphinsAwaken LLc, the DolphinsAwaken Staff, our partners, any affiliates, our licensors or suppliers liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
(iii) any forward-looking statements are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises for actual performance.
(iv) you are clear that, by law, we make no guarantees that you will achieve any results from DolphinsAwaken Retreats, and we offer no professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
(v) you will consult a licensed professional(s) in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.
(vi) neither we nor our partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death.
